Consider using AutoSlash or Costco Car Rentals in order to get cheaper rates on rental cars Parking in downtown : look for Public Parking Garages -it's free for the first hour, $2 every hour to a max of $20 HOTEL: Downtown or anywhere near downtown is OK.
