See Amalfi Coast, Florence or Milan  NAPLES (NAP) AIRPORT : Customs: be sure to go through the E-Passport lines and it's a very quick process! They scan your passport, take your picture & then get a stamp!  We flew American Airlines and had no issues with a slightly oversized carryon.
